DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive blockchain analytics and crypto monitoring PQR services. The scope of work includes delivering technology platforms or software, as well as advisory, consulting, and associated services that facilitate blockchain analytics and enforcement initiatives.

Key activities will involve blockchain analytics and monitoring, provision of investigative and enforcement tools, intelligence and attribution capabilities, real-time monitoring and disruption support, and support for data integration and interoperability. Additional requirements include offering advisory, consulting, and investigative services; delivering training and capacity building; and providing implementation, support, and maintenance services. Security, privacy, compliance, and advanced research, as well as strategic and operational consulting services, are also integral to the contract, which is set for a period of three years.

Vendors must be capable of supporting the government’s enforcement and monitoring needs within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors, including ongoing research, consultation, and operational support.
