The primary coverage area focuses on the Interstate 24 (I–24) corridor between Exit 62 (LaVergne) and Exit 70 (Smyrna), for both inbound and outbound traffic. Vendors may also propose alternate coverage in the Interstate 840 interchanges and I–24 between Exit 76 and Exit 89. Digital billboard advertising is specified, with requirements for rotation-based displays, defined spot durations, and loop structure to ensure adequate impressions. The contract period is one year. All vendor questions must be submitted by June 8, 2026.
