DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Warrensburg, Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive banking services. Required services include account analysis, pledged collateral management, deposit slips, coin bags, safe deposit box access, wire and ACH transfers, direct deposits, overdrafts, stop payments, check reconciliation files, account detail and reconciliation, interest rate earnings, cybersecurity measures, positive pay services, EDI and FEDI, a balance reporting module, and merchant services.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for providing training to designated agency personnel on all treasury management systems and banking services. This includes instruction on online banking platform use, ACH and wire processing procedures, Positive Pay administration, fraud prevention tools, reporting and reconciliation functions, and security and user administration procedures. The initial contract period will be two years.
