Vendor needs to provide automatic vehicle locating system. Provide an end–to–end Automatic Vehicle Locating (AVL) system, including the AVL hardware for purchase or lease and a multi–functional web–based management and viewing console. Provide AVL services on a monthly or annual subscription basis as opposed to requiring software and hardware installations. Provide the ability to self–manage the AVL system through a secure and hosted website accessible 24/7 from both desktop and mobile web browsers. Provide the ability to view vehicle locations and speed on a near real–time basis via a hosted website accessible 24/7 from both desktop and mobile applications. Mobile viewing can also be provided by a standalone application but must be available on both Android and iOS platforms. Provide the ability to integrate with a mobile work management or enterprise resource planning system on a real time basis through either web services (REST or SOAP format) or an API. Provide a REST web service of vehicle locations on a near–real time basis that can be consumed by LES internally hosted GIS web map applications and outage management system. Provide the ability to 'ping' an individual AVL tracking device. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 03, 2026. The contract period will be for three years.
