Vendor needs to provide automated telephone notification system. County would like to record its own messages. Automated telephone calls to all landlines and cell phones of individuals and businesses within county. Provide the call list of landline and cell numbers. Ability to send recorded calls to targeted areas within county. Targeted areas may include a region of the county, a specific municipality, a specific neighborhood or other area specified by the county. Provide storage/archiving of old messages. Ability to make pre-recorded messages and schedule the timing of when calls are made. Ability to add and remove landline and cellular phone numbers. System must have the ability to leave messages on answering machines or voice mail.
