(1) Vendor needs to provide automated road test system.– For designing, developing, and deploying an automated road test system solution, through competitive negotiation using a best value rating approach.– For all necessary planning, analysis, design, training, development, customization, configuration, testing, implementation, and transition support as needed to address the business and technical.– A comprehensive approach for delivering a comprehensive automated road test solution that meets the business and technical.– A fully integrated and automated services solution deployed at agency designated by agency that– Meets the needs and requirements defined in this requirements document.– Electronic interfaces to agency systems in support of business and transaction processes.– Automated collection, storage, and reporting of transaction processing and testing activity, audit information, and statistics.– Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize the solution performance and related agency processes.– Monitor the solution performance including to scoring alignment, hardware and software reliability, and data processing speeds.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
