The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and deploy an automated road test system. This initiative requires a complete, integrated solution that includes planning, analysis, system design, training, development, customization, configuration, testing, implementation, and transition support to ensure all business and technical requirements are met.

The automated road test system should fully integrate with agency systems and facilitate electronic interfaces to support business and transaction processes. The system must provide automated collection, storage, and reporting of transaction processing, testing activity, audit data, and statistical information. Additionally, the solution should include monitoring capabilities to ensure scoring alignment, hardware and software reliability, and optimal data processing speeds, as well as identify opportunities for performance and process optimization.

The contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a period of two years. Interested vendors should ensure that any questions regarding the project are submitted by November 6, 2025.
