DESCRIPTION

The government authority located in Berlin, Vermont is seeking a qualified vendor to provide audit services for its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. There is an option to extend audit services for each of the two subsequent fiscal years.

The selected auditor will be expected to hold an exit conference with the agency's General Manager and other designated staff to review draft audit reports prior to issuance. Any necessary edits may be identified during this review. Afterward, the auditor will present the final audit results and discuss any findings with the agency's Board of Supervisors or a designated committee, including explanations of any issues noted in the auditor's management letter.
