(1) Vendor needs to provide audio, live streaming, video, lighting, staging and production services to the government authority located in Johnson, TN.– Provide audio, live streaming, video, lighting, staging and production services for commencement ceremonies.– Commencement ceremony.– Rear projection screen.– Screens and projectors with additional cabling and signal extenders for the rear of the arena.– Provide live streaming of an ASL interpreter to be included as a picture–in–picture, allowing viewers to see the interpretation alongside the main video content.– Camera operator for interpreter.– Provide a teleprompter for speaker use.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on December 12, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
