The government authority in Johnson, TN is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive audio, live streaming, video, lighting, staging, and production services for its commencement ceremonies. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary technical services and equipment, including rear projection screens, screens and projectors with additional cabling, and signal extenders placed at the rear of the arena to ensure high-quality video coverage.

An essential part of the scope includes the live streaming of an ASL interpreter, integrated as a picture-in-picture feed to ensure accessibility for all viewers. The selected vendor must supply a camera operator dedicated to capturing the interpreter and a teleprompter for speakers during the event. The contract will run for a five-year period, supporting multiple ceremonial events as required by the government authority.
