DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide athletic filming software capable of capturing footage using cameras, iPads, or iPhones supplied by the vendor. The software must allow users to schedule events and games for recording and uploading, and automatically edit all recordings. The platform should include a user-friendly dashboard for reviewing, storing, and distributing video within schools, districts, and to external stakeholders.

The solution must offer custom statistics and filters through an intuitive app, support offense and defense breakdown for each sport, and link relevant footage for reference. It should enable merging and synchronizing footage from multiple camera angles, and ensure a maximum 24-hour turnaround for uploads, reports, and athlete analysis. Distribution features must facilitate sharing video with connected devices, schools, and colleges, and the solution should provide options for ticket sales and live streaming to social platforms at district and school levels. Integrated team messaging and individualized athletic profiles for each student athlete's career and recruitment are also required. Each program must be able to store a minimum of 300 hours of footage.
