(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management, work orders, live tracking, customer requests, and reporting government operations platform. – Provide a comprehensive, flexible, and scalable operations management platform. – Track and manage assets specific to solid waste, traffic, stormwater, environmental services, and parks. – Record asset conditions, inspections, and maintenance history. – Support GIS–based mapping for infrastructure and asset tracking. – Create, assign, and monitor work orders across departments. – Allow field crews to update status, upload photos, and complete inspections from a mobile device. – Live tracking and breadcrumbing of field staff for operational visibility. – Mobile–first interface for staff and residents. – One–tap reporting for issues or requests with photo or video upload. – Bidirectional integration with see click fix to ensure seamless communication between resident requests and internal operations. – Exportable reports for compliance and performance tracking. – Platform must allow the city to expand use cases over time without requiring vendor re–development. – Cloud–based SaaS solution with high uptime SLAs. – Role–based access control, supporting both desktop and mobile users. – APIs to integrate with See Click Fix, GIS platforms, financial systems, and other city software. – CAPACITY to integrate 10 years’ worth of collected data from existing platforms. – Mobile compatibility for iOS and Android with offline functionality. – Secure data handling in compliance with government cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP if applicable).
