DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking professional consulting services to support its Cityworks asset management system. This engagement will provide as-needed consulting for functions such as Part 139 inspections, tracking and reporting, Safety Management Systems (SMS) inspection and reporting, and computerized maintenance management for asset maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating current Cityworks Office systems and processes among both administrative and end users, issuing summary reports with recommendations for improvements, and identifying opportunities to maximize the system's value through additional modules. Consultants will also recommend transition timelines and milestones for moving from Cityworks Office to Cityworks Respond and Trimble Unity prior to their respective end-of-support dates.

Additional duties involve providing support during module deployment, offering day-to-day Cityworks support, assisting with GIS enterprise portal upgrades to maintain compatibility, and facilitating the transition from crystal reports to active reports as needed.
