(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management and facilities services software. • Solution must support lifecycle asset tracking, real property and lease management, robust work order functionality, and integration with County enterprise platforms such as Workday. • Improving operational efficiency, extending asset lifespan, centralizing space and property data, increasing responsiveness to service requests, and enhancing reporting and capital forecasting capabilities. • The system must allow full County access, export, and control of all data at any time, without dependency on vendor hosting services. • User interface and navigation. • Preventive maintenance scheduling. • Space and property data views. • Reporting and dashboard functions. • Mobile capabilities, if applicable. • Track assets and equipment with multiple warranty dates, service histories, and defined lifecycle stages. • Support barcode or QR scanning for field–based asset identification and parts tracking. • Create, prioritize, assign, track, and close work orders with system–generated numbers and status alerts. • Allow multi–cost center allocation with effective date tracking (non–retroactive). • Provide work history, manpower utilization tools, and automated alerts for pending or overdue work. • Support user roles and permissions for task assignment, delegation, and escalation approvals. • Allow exporting reports in multiple formats, including Excel, PDF, and CSV • Support secure integration with Workday for financials, time tracking, and cost centers • Integrate with Active Directory / Entra ID for user provisioning and role assignment • Provide Single Sign–On (SSO) and Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities • Collaborate with County staff to validate migrated data and configure the system to meet operational needs (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2025
