City Of Spokane
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City seeks a comprehensive, fully functional enterprise asset management and computerized maintenance management system (EAM/CMMS) solution to replace its existing system. The selected solution must be configured to support multiple departments within a single enterprise environment and provide appropriate role-based access, audit functionality, and consolidated reporting capabilities. The scope includes providing all necessary software licensing, system deployment, configuration, and implementation services for the new EAM/CMMS solution.
The system must offer GIS integration and support map-based workflows such as the selection, viewing, and association of assets, work orders, inspections, and service requests with GIS maps and coordinates. It should be capable of seamless interfaces and integration with City systems including SharePoint, Active Directory/Azure, AD/SSO, Power BI, and other identified third-party applications. Migration of existing data—including asset records, work orders, attachments, GIS links, inventory, labor, equipment records, and related historical data—is required with no loss of data integrity.
Additional responsibilities for the vendor include providing testing, validation, and support for development and test environments to ensure a smooth transition to production. The project also covers the delivery of initial training for administrative users, supervisors, forepersons, field personnel, and other designated City staff, along with comprehensive documentation and user support materials. The contract will be for a period of five years.
