Asset and Inventory Management System

California courts are seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive asset and inventory management system that serves both Business Operations and Court Technology Services. The system must deliver a unified platform for managing asset and inventory workflows, including stockroom operations, asset ordering and tracking, purchase order (PO) management, cost center validation, and online fulfillment processes.

Key requirements include a web-based interface along with fully functional mobile and tablet applications. The mobile solutions must support core activities such as adding, deleting, and moving assets, as well as locating devices by IP address, ensuring seamless functionality and a consistent user experience across all platforms. The system should also feature an online store checkout workflow and robust cost center management. The contract will extend for a period of three years.
