A Colorado institution is seeking information from vendors regarding student learning assessment software. The desired system should provide a user-friendly, browser-based platform that allows faculty and instructors to easily locate classes, select rubrics from an assessment library, enter scores efficiently, and create or edit rubrics with intuitive tools.

Key features include multi-level data collection capabilities, enabling mapping of course-level outcomes to program- and institution-level outcomes, as well as facilitating easy import, editing, updating, and version control of student learning outcomes. The software should offer flexible integration options, functioning both as a standalone solution and, if necessary, integrating with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Additionally, the platform must support strategic planning and data analysis with features such as customizable templates for program review and improvement planning, auto-generated data tables and charts, a shared document library, and collaborative document writing and editing. Ongoing training and support for users is expected. Questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by January 9, 2026.
