The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, intends to acquire one year of software maintenance and gold-level support from ArgonSoft for the ASIS.TO Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). ASIS.TO has been previously installed by ArgonSoft for the NIH Clinical Center/ET department under an established agreement, and this acquisition will continue necessary support and maintenance services for the system.
The scope of work includes one year of comprehensive system support, installation of mandatory updates, minor upgrade packages, and execution of installation qualification and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) tests to ensure the software remains compliant and fully functional. ArgonSoft, as the creator and license holder of the ASIS.TO LIMS, is the sole provider capable of delivering these specialized support services for this proprietary software solution.
Services are scheduled to be delivered from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
