DESCRIPTION


The City of Dahlonega in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive artist and production services for a variety of city-sponsored concerts and festivals, including the Art and Soul Festival, Summer Concert Series, Gold Rush Festival, and the July 3rd Fireworks event. The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete management of performers for each event, including scouting, booking, contracting, managing, and compensating artists.

In addition to artist services, the vendor will provide full concert and festival production services. This includes supplying all sound, lighting, and necessary equipment, as well as providing a drum riser and meeting electrical requirements for each venue. The vendor will also be responsible for the appropriate number of stagehands to set up and break down equipment. For the July 3rd Fireworks, a mobile covered stage rental must be supplied.

This contract will span a period of three years and covers a total of seven live, free community events hosted by the city.
