Army Intelligence Data Platform Sources Sought (Closed)

This sources sought notice requests vendor capability information for an Army intelligence data platform supporting enterprise cloud and tactical edge operations. The solution must work across multiple security domains and enable near-real-time, lossless data sharing.

Must be able to provide a unified software continuum across all echelons, in the cloud and on edge devices
Must be able to operate in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, and Low bandwidth (DDIL) environments
Must support multi-domain user experience across Top Secret and Secret domains
Must be capable of seamless integration with third-party data sources, applications, and network infrastructures
Must provide bi-directional, cross-platform data exchange with the Maven Smart System (MSS)
Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a Unique Entity Identification (UEI)
Must be able to provide itemized pricing for Enterprise Cloud and Tactical Edge components
Must be able to provide a Not-to-Exceed Pricing Structure and Price Catalog
Must be able to provide a prototype notional schedule within 12 months
Must be able to provide an edge device to host the proposed edge (on-prem) solution for demonstration purposes
