(1) Vendor needs to provide argonne prism replacement system.– The Prism Replacement System will be a comprehensive, centralized system that will collect, process, and manage data related to assessments and performance improvement activities. – The system will be able to fully integrate with Argonne’s current applications – both commercial and custom products – and will result in the consolidation of multiple systems, thereby reducing technical debt. It will improve efficiency, facilitate reporting, and provide simplicity and transparency for users and staff. – The Prism Replacement System must support multiple data flows as determined by the purpose for assessments, type of access needed, and user roles. – Additional algorithms will also be needed to collect and analyze data for performance improvement activities. This information is considered personal identifiable information (PII) and must be protected.
