(1) Vendor needs to provide archival records reviewer services.– Departmental records over 30 years old must be reviewed, classified, physically prepared, and transferred.– Archives unit has always required the services of an archival records reviewer to assist in this task by reading, reviewing, and classifying files prior to their transfer.– Required to review, analyse, and classify approximately 6,000 departmental files in 2026.– The files cover a wide range of topics for transfer on an annual basis, and review a selection of previously reviewed restricted files with a view to their possible reclassification and release.– The department draws tenderers attention to the physical nature of aspects of this work, including handling of old physical record.– Required to deal with queries received from the national archives on the files transferred throughout the year.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
