DESCRIPTION

Granite School District is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced architectural firms to provide design services for several projects throughout the District. The scope of work includes an elementary school refresh at Calvin Smith Elementary School, a synthetic turf football field replacement at Hunter High School, and partial roof replacements at Evergreen Junior High School, the Maintenance Compound, Silver Hills Elementary, and Cottonwood High School. The selected designers will be expected to provide a full range of basic architectural design services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation services, and construction administration services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in K-12 projects in Elementary and Secondary School design
  • Must be a qualified, licensed, and experienced Architectural Firm
  • Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with per occurrence limits of at least $1,000,000 and general aggregate limits of at least $3,000,000
  • Must maintain Professional Liability insurance with liability limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, if applicable
  • Must maintain statutory employee-related insurance including worker's compensation
  • Must submit certificates of insurance as evidence of required coverage prior to contract commencement
