The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking architectural and engineering design services under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed price contract. The contract is intended for the design of various Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) construction projects that are primarily architectural but may include civil and structural disciplines. Services required include preparation of designs, plans, specifications, drawings, cost estimates, site visits, reports, and construction period services.

This procurement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) located within the general geographical area of the medical center. Eligible firms must have knowledge of the locality and be listed as SDVOSB certified in the Small Business Administration database, as well as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The contract features a five-year ordering period, with a minimum guarantee of $25,000, a contract ceiling of $10,000,000, and task orders ranging from $2,000 to $2,000,000.
