DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to support the management, maintenance, and operation of Veterans Homes and Cemeteries throughout California. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, ensuring compliance with Department of State Architect guidelines (including ADA access), Health Care Access and Information standards, and conducting feasibility studies and constructability reviews.

Additional responsibilities involve preparing budget packages, developing conceptual and preliminary design documents, offering bidding support, and furnishing construction administration, management, and project support. The vendor will also perform field investigations, participate in project meetings, and deliver required studies and reports, including shop drawing reviews, as-built drawings, and cost estimates. This contract will be in effect for a five-year period.
