Iron Mountain Public Schools is requesting qualifications and fee proposals for architectural and engineering services to address repairs, renovations, and replacements at several district buildings. The scope includes HVAC upgrades at IM-K Community Education, Central Middle School, and North Elementary; fire protection improvements at North Elementary; exterior window closures at IM-K Community Education; and a general renovation of the Industrial Arts Building.
