SUMMARY

This requirement seeks an applications solution to modernize submarine tactical systems through modular architectures, shared virtualized infrastructure, and AI-enabled decision aids. The vendor will also support combat control system integration for international cooperative and joint programs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) issued Secret facility clearance (FCL) and Secret safeguarding capability for proposal submission.
Must possess a fully adjudicated Top Secret facility clearance and Top Secret safeguarding capability no later than contract award.
Must have a current, approved DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement).
Must have an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration number.
Must have a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or an approved DoD External Certification Authority (ECA) Certificate for portal access.
Must have an active CAGE code.
Must be able to handle classified data in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).
