DESCRIPTION


The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) is seeking sources for annual software maintenance, licensing, technical support, and training for the existing D3-MMP patient identification system used by the Santa Fe Indian Health Center and its satellite clinics. The system supports patient identification workflows and is used with GX430t thermal transfer printers, thermal wristband printers, and label printers to produce patient chart labels, specimen vial labels, and patient wristbands.

The requirement covers a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. Required support includes remote diagnostics and troubleshooting via VPN access, operating system security patches, software updates and annual licensing, hardware repair or replacement through RMAs as needed, customer support for product ordering and coordination, and initial operator training for new technology installations along with annual refresher training when needed.

Services are expected during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Performance will support the Santa Fe Indian Health Center as the primary location, along with the San Felipe Health Clinic, Santa Clara Health Clinic, and Cochiti Health Clinic.
