Annual Conference Sponsorship Service

A major annual conference within Kentucky's higher education system is seeking a vendor to provide sponsorship services for its upcoming event, scheduled for May 19–21, 2026. This three-day, systemwide gathering is one of the largest professional development events in the agency, attracting more than 250 in-person attendees and additional participants virtually. Attendees include presidents, vice presidents, faculty, staff, directors, and statewide decision-makers from all 16 colleges and the system office.

Sponsorship offers businesses, suppliers, and strategic partners a significant opportunity to showcase their brand, establish meaningful relationships, and engage with Kentucky's expansive higher education network. The event features dynamic keynote presentations, sessions focused on technology, artificial intelligence, and workforce development, as well as awards ceremonies recognizing excellence across the Commonwealth.
