The solution must facilitate cross-application workflows, as well as systematic surveillance, assessment, and documentation of animal well-being, health status, and living conditions, ensuring ethical compliance and proper care. Professional services are expected to plan and execute the implementation, covering installation, configuration, data migration, system integrations, and testing. Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting must be provided for both the software application and any modules, updates, or patches installed during the agreement term.
