The architect will provide guidance on how programming components can fit within the existing site to support the identification of design concepts, potential problems, and appropriate solutions. The work will also include reviewing existing study documents and researching all permits required for project development by local and state authorities, including conditional use, zoning, and other non-standard permitting requirements.

The contract period will be seven years. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 16, 2026, and questions must be submitted by September 23, 2026.
