Vendor needs to provide animal care documentation system.– Be hosted on servers and managed– Employ a user–friendly and intuitive user interface– Include access for a minimum of 100 users, with option to increase the number of users at a later date– Robust search and reporting features within the user interface allows users and/or administrators to search for words within multiple fields, to search for text included within the body of uploaded text–based documents, and allows for generation of printable reports in various formats– Be fully audited and indexed– Maintain all records for a duration set by an administrator and allow a minimum duration of 10 years– Allow for automation of workflow steps, task assignments, and notification generation;– Allow administrators and participant users to upload documents, with acceptable formats including at a minimum pdf and Microsoft Word documents
