(1) Vendor needs to provide an enterprise risk management system. – Proposed implementation methodology for the delivery of the Services, including the overarching project management approach and methodology – Proposed methodology for data migration, including the process for extraction, transformation and loading of data from the existing system – A high-level project plan showing the proposed sequence of work, timelines, milestones, deadlines, completion dates, potential risks and mitigation plans, proposed resources and their responsibilities, and other necessary activities to successfully complete the implementation of the Proposed Solution. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.
