Ambulance Billing Support and Software

A Tennessee EMS agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive ambulance billing support, billing software, and electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) technology. The selected vendor will supply both hardware and software necessary for a field data reporting system, enabling collection and management of incident information, patient demographics, clinical care details, and other data essential for billing and regulatory compliance.

The chosen provider will facilitate the agency’s continued processing of claims using the vendor’s billing software and technology, while also offering training, management, and oversight for effective processing, invoicing, and collections related to EMS patient transports. The ePCR software must support field data entry, including the seamless integration of Lifepak and Stryker 12-lead EKG data. Additionally, the system should offer web-based reporting tools for managing billing, collections, and crew documentation.
