Must provide accelerated, high-quality pathways for non-traditional and career-switcher candidates to earn Tennessee teaching licensure
Must align coursework and training with MNPS instructional expectations and classroom realities
Must recruit candidates for high-need areas including ELL, Special Education, Math, Science, World Languages, and CTE
Must prioritize recruitment of internal MNPS candidates
At least 60% of recruited candidates must support MNPS diversity goals
Must include job-embedded coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring
Must meet or exceed annual hiring and placement targets
Candidates must meet Praxis, portfolio, and licensure benchmarks
Candidate retention at three years should be 85% or higher
