A government authority in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive airport parking management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a parking permit system to regulate and optimize the usage of designated parking areas. Key responsibilities include ongoing evaluation and improvement of parking operations, creation and maintenance of a dedicated airport parking website, and implementation of data capture with electronic reporting capabilities via an API. The vendor is expected to manage all aspects of fee collection, parking enforcement, and citation management, including issuing citations, managing an appeals process, maintaining a collection rate above 70% for tickets older than 90 days, and maintaining records of unpaid citations.
