Airport Parking Management Services

A government authority in Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive airport parking management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a parking permit system to regulate and optimize the usage of designated parking areas. The scope of work includes the integration of modern technologies such as credit card pay stations, cameras, license plate readers, and other parking management tools to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities include ongoing evaluation and improvement of parking operations, creation and maintenance of a dedicated airport parking website, and implementation of data capture with electronic reporting capabilities via an API. The vendor is expected to manage all aspects of fee collection, parking enforcement, and citation management, including issuing citations, managing an appeals process, maintaining a collection rate above 70% for tickets older than 90 days, and maintaining records of unpaid citations. Additionally, the vendor must account for all associated costs—vehicles, software, hardware, and uniforms—in the annual program budget, and effectively manage and track parking occupancy and dwell times.
