DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Conway, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide support and maintenance services for their airport paging and audio systems. Required services include comprehensive preventative maintenance such as scheduled system health checks, onsite inspections during specified contract years, and the identification and remediation of components at risk of failure. Vendors must provide written reports on system condition and trends, and proactively track and compare system health data year over year.

Vendors should also support message library management, allowing for the uploading of new and updated messages to the GLOBALCOM system and offering a custom recorded message capability as specified.
