A Florida-based agency is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive Airport Operation Information Systems (AOIS). The scope includes detailed technical design, development, provision of firmware and software (including all required licenses and upgrades), installation, integration, and full implementation of AOIS. The contractor will also be responsible for preparing and delivering training sessions, user manuals, and supporting documentation.

Ongoing operation, support, and maintenance services are required, spanning expert on-site and off-site support. This includes first, second, and third level support for hardware repairs, system maintenance, and all related aspects of the AOIS. The contractor must provide both on-site and on-call technical support for all equipment and software deployed under the AOIS contracts, with coverage from display devices through to all server infrastructure.

Operational staffing is required on-site for 18 hours a day, every day of the year, with off-site system support available around the clock. The contractor should also ensure adequate personnel, including leveraging existing contracted staff, to manage increased demand during peak travel periods and during new technology rollouts.
