DESCRIPTION


The contracting organization seeks a marketing, communications, or public relations firm to design and implement a one-year nationwide public awareness campaign addressing AI-enabled fraud and online scams. The campaign will strengthen public awareness of emerging digital threats, promote safe online behaviors, and highlight growing cooperation in combating transnational cyber-enabled crime.

The selected vendor will provide strategic communications planning, creative concept development, campaign branding, key messages, content production, graphic design, video production, social media management, paid digital advertising, workshop and webinar materials, event management, monitoring and evaluation, and final reporting.
