DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a commercially available, cloud-delivered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) AI-based coding assistant solution to improve developer productivity across its software engineering teams. The solution is intended to support a range of software development activities within the agency's existing development environment.

Required capabilities include AI-powered inline code completion and suggestions across programming languages used by the agency, including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, YAML, Bash/Shell, and Groovy.
