The selected vendor must ensure responsible use of AI and provide artifacts including governance frameworks, communication plans, and self-service learning materials. The work must account for MassHousing's M365 GCC tenant and G5 license.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions and/or Security
  • Must have attained the Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialization

  • Must provide at least three references for similar services provided within the past three years
