The City of Edina, Minnesota, seeks an affordable housing policy consultant to review the Comprehensive Plan Housing Chapter, Vision Edina, Zoning Code Survey Feedback, and Quality of Life Survey Feedback. The consultant will support the City's public engagement strategy by gathering community input on affordable housing needs, housing choice, development approaches, and potential policy options.

The selected consultant will develop an engagement strategy involving residents, renters, homeowners, developers, property owners, affordable housing providers, financial stakeholders, and other relevant community partners.
