Vendor needs to provide affordable housing development partner services to the government authority located in Middletown, RI. – Serve as the master development partner for the planning, design, construction, marketing, and sale of thirty–six affordable homeownership units located at agency. – Due diligence and site analysis. – Final design based on the master plan approval. – Community engagement as required. – Identification and securing of public and private financing. – Construction of 36 for–sale housing units. – Compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. – Ensuring all units are affordable to households earning ≤80% AMI. – Affirmative Fair Housing marketing plan. – Buyer qualification and income verification. – Closing and transfer of ownership to eligible purchasers.
