Vendor needs to provide advertising rights service. The right to sell advertising on approximately Brantford transit and Brantford lift vehicles. Provide transit or municipal advertisement to the contractor and the contractor agrees to use such advertisements as a filler copy in unsold space. A contractor to sell advertising on Brantford transit conventional buses as well as Brantford Lift buses, as further outlined herein. The contractor shall be responsible for posting and removing all advertising in a timely fashion in accordance. Advertisements placed will be of a moral and reputable nature and the contractor shall forthwith remove from any bus, any advertisement, the reasonable exercise of its discretion, desires removed. Advertising racks are not permitted on the exterior of the buses. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026. The contract period will be for five years.
