(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising, creative and production services.– Create, implement, and place advertising/informational programs, including the design and production of television, video, radio, newsprint, magazine, social media, digital, or outdoor advertising,– Design and/or production of printed materials, marketing research, and surveys,– Identification of target audiences,– Development of strategic integrated marketing and communication plans,– Campaign creative including concepts, development, creative assets, and style guides,– Media plan and placement abilities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.
