The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing services over a three-year period. Scope of work includes strategic planning to enhance and sustain brand positioning, as well as creative planning and development for diverse media platforms—including television, radio, print, digital, and out-of-home venues such as stadium and wall mural advertising.
Responsibilities encompass the conceptualization and production of campaign materials, including messaging development, setting campaign objectives, audience targeting, copywriting, storyboards, scripts, resizing, editing, and mechanicals for multiple communication channels. The selected company must provide dedicated personnel, including a senior strategist, and ensure the delivery of strategic brand insights, direction, and integrated advertising strategies at both corporate and product levels.
The vendor will be expected to develop overall brand and creative strategies to enhance the organization's profile, raise public awareness, and support education and call-to-action campaigns. Additional duties include brand reviews, participation in key research initiatives (such as brand awareness and communication effectiveness studies), monitoring and analyzing campaign impact, and tracking consumer trends and behaviors. Creative outputs should reflect an in-depth understanding of the agency's operational environment as it relates to advertising and marketing activities. Participation in a mandatory virtual briefing session is required.
