The selected vendor will provide comprehensive advanced technology development support services for a government authority in North Charleston, South Carolina. Responsibilities will include conducting site surveys and managing all aspects of event logistics, from event build-up and tear-down to coordinating subject matter experts across areas such as networking, cybersecurity, cable plant infrastructure, software modernization, and radio frequency systems.
The contractor must also engage in-house vendors when venue agreements require it, which may involve tasks related to house equipment systems, rigging, power provision, and IT/networking services. Accurate and detailed digital records for each test event, including Digital Terrain Elevation Data (DTED), high-resolution satellite imagery, and site maps outlining building and infrastructure layouts, will be required.
Additionally, the contractor will develop a security badging plan, create and distribute badges to event staff, distinguished visitors, press, and security personnel, and design and install adhesive vinyl informational content for event staging. The development environment should support online collaboration by providing a code repository.
