The project includes the provision and installation of equipment and software for measuring water system performance, including detection of unanticipated water use such as customer leaks, tracking diurnal distribution system pressure, and monitoring non-revenue water loss.

The vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing at least 1,000 meter endpoints covering a variety of meter types, along with radio and cellular-based communication systems. The scope also includes infrastructure installation and ongoing maintenance of these communication systems as a service.
