Objective: To find qualified and certified contractors with the capability to provide the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, software, hardware, materials, and supervision necessary to perform support services for the Acustaf Labor Management Software. This service will cover software subscriptions, system upgrades, hardware compatibility updates, remote support, system diagnostics, data backup, and comply with the Veterans Health Administration Directive 2010–034. The software shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and located at the Alexandria VA Medical Center (AVAMC) in Pineville, Louisiana, 71360.
