(1) Vendor needs to provide active floor interactive learning system and associated software. – provide, install, and support a Portable Active Floor Interactive Learning System and its associated software for designated classrooms, media centers, and physical education spaces. • Delivery and installation of Active Floor hardware, projection equipment, and sensors. • Installation and configuration of the associated software platform and content management tools. • Integration with district network and user access systems as required. • Interactive projection–based floor with multi–touch motion sensing capability. • Minimum active area of 8 ft x 10 ft with adjustable projection coverage. • High–lumen short–throw projector suitable for ambient–light environments. • Integrated motion tracking sensors (infrared or camera–based) supporting multiple users simultaneously. • Software suite with access to educational games, physical activities, and customizable lesson creation. • Cloud–based or locally hosted software options with administrative controls. • Network connectivity supporting secure integration with district Wi–Fi and content filtering. • Durable, non–slip floor surface rated for school and gym environments. • One–year minimum manufacturer’s warranty on all components.
