(1) Vendor needs to provide in ACL license software renewal. – For renewal of licensing for the Department’s use of the ACL Analytics Professional software. – This software is designed for data analysis, audit and compliance, risk management, data integration, visualization, automation and scripting. – It analyzes large datasets for fraud detection and to identify patterns that may include control weaknesses by connecting to various data sources to test entire data populations, and provides tools for risk analysis across finance, IT and business operations. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
