SUMMARY

The Academy seeks a qualified firm to provide placement agent and underwriting services for financing its new permanent campus. The engagement will cover structuring, arranging, and closing financing involving senior debt, subordinate debt, and potentially other capital sources.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must demonstrate experience assembling multi-lender capital stacks for charter schools or similar nonprofit borrowers
Must have experience closing leasehold financings
